Sweet little maltese rescued from the county shelter in HORRID condition. Why do people purchase these dogs and not take care of them? She was totally matted, had dirty teeth, and an infection on her bum because of encrusted feces. :( She is ALL better now, and ready to find her new family! Rufus was abandoned in an apartment with no food and no water, living in filthy conditions. The amount of days that he endured this is unknown. He was found by a security guard. The security guard called Luv of Dogz. At this point Rufus could not drink without throwing up and he refused all food. He was only 36 pounds and could you could count his ribs.
