Mason is a 5 yr old blue tick beagle. He is good with most adults once he gets to know them. He can be agressive with children and other dogs. He knows and obeys some commands like: sit, wait, go. I am rarely home and would like to find him a good home. He is very sweet and cuddly with those he knows well so it may take a day or two to warm up to someone. I believe he would be good to train for hunting, he has a good level of energy and loves to run after squirrels and rabbits. Barkley is five months old, and very smart, energetic, playful, and sweet. He has had two months of puppy obedience classes, and does very well, but is selective about listening. Barkley was very submissive and fearful when we got him at two months old. Socialization has made a world of difference. He is now very playful with other dogs and his confidence level is high. He still tends to be a little apprehensive with new people so he approaches very cautiously. He gets spooked when people put their hands out to sniff, which is generally what people do. We supply people with treats so he learns people are friends, not foes. Barkley ... (Read More)needs a home where he is dominated, and is probably best off without young children. He likes children, but herds them and does not listen to their commands. He also has a tendency to nip when he is 'herding', so again, not great for small children. He also likes our cat, but plays an little rough and pounces on her. True to his breeds, this boy needs a lot of exercise, and enjoys going for runs, bike rides, and just playing fetch in the yard. He is crate trained, housebroken, and needs just one more dose of DHLPP to be current. He has been on a raw diet, but I'm sure he'd adjust to a typical crunchy dog diet just fine. She is living in a house with another dog but not suggested to be placed in another due to past history of biting/fighting. She has a high prey drive, she is stubborn and nervous. She requires a calm, level headed dominant owner that has time for her. I will bring her anywhere in Michigan/Wisconsin. Spring (9yrs) & Luna (5yrs) are a matching pair. I have had both of them since they were puppies and it breaks my heart to let them go. I am moving and I cannot take them with me. Kacey is the world's sweetest dog...after he warms up to you. This has been his problem over and over. People don't understand that they can't just approach and pet him right away.
